3 BEDROOM UNIT/HOUSE is from $100-$140.
4 BEDROOM UNIT/HOUSE is from $140-$160
5 BEDROOM UNIT/HOUSE is from $160-$180
ALL MOVE OUT/IN JOBS are $149 fully inclusive, receipt given
to present it to your REAL/ESTATE, 100% pass rate
Rates for commercial premises are $2-$5 per square metre.
Deodorising and Sanitising is FREE.
Uphostery is charged at $15-$20 per seat.
Flood damage charged at $20 per square metre
Scotchguard is available on request $15 per room or $10 per seat
